Demolitions South Africa is a quote-matching service for demolition, strip out, concrete cutting, asbestos removal and rubble removal. You describe your job once, and independent contractors suited to it can contact you with availability and prices. It is for homeowners, builders, developers and businesses.
We are not a demolition company. We do not demolish buildings and do not employ demolition teams. The contractor you hire does the work, and your agreement is with them.
What We Do
- Pass your enquiry, with your permission, to independent contractors suited to the job.
- Publish practical service information and ballpark prices so you can check a quotation.
- Show client reviews of the service.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not set contractors' prices or guarantee their work.
- We do not verify registrations or insurance. Ask contractors for proof, especially registered asbestos contractors.
- We do not guarantee how many contractors will respond or when.
- We do not send your enquiry to every contractor. It goes only to those suited to your request.
